Tattoo Fading With Rejuvi – How Does it Work?

88It is a well known fact that tattoos are very popular. It is estimated that 25% of people between 18 and 30 have at least one. This number is likely to increase, and with it, the number of people with unwanted tattoos is rising as well. When it comes to tattoo fading, there are several methods that are said to be effective. Rejuvi is one such method. Let’s take a more in depth look at this procedure and how well it works.

What Is Rejuvi?

Rejuvi or e-raze tattoo removal is a process that utilizes a specially designed inorganic chemical remover developed by Rejuvi Laboratory in California. It is applied in the same manner as the original tattoo and is intended to draw the ink pigment out of the skin.

How Does It Work?

The e-raze system consists of alkaline earth metal oxides in a special suspended formula. This formula is injected into the skin using a rejuvi tattoo gun. Once embedded, the tattooed ink pigments will gradually merge with the mixture. Because it is incompatible to the skin, the body will eject it by pushing it up to the surface of the dermis. A crust will then form over the area for a period of 2 weeks and eventually shed off, taking the ink pigments with it.

The Advantages

E-raze is a tattoo fading procedure that is substantially less painful than other removal methods. It is also suitable on both amateur and professional tattoos as well as permanent make-up. Moreover, unlike laser removal, it is not color selective and will act on all pigment colors equally.

The Drawbacks

The procedure is not guaranteed to be effective and results may vary depending on individual circumstances and the condition of the original tattoo. Furthermore, while the crust is on the skin, it is of the utmost importance to keep the area dry at all times, otherwise infection can set in. Also, with any process that breaks the skin, there is additionally a risk of permanent scarring.

The rejuvi system has been known to produce positive results. However, it still has it’s risks. In this case, you may be trading in your tattoo for a scar. Before pursuing any method, it is always best to explore your options, as there are many procedures available for tattoo fading.
